If you are a RESCUE and have a bulldog (English, French, American) in need of financial support from Fund-A-Bull, please submit the form below with all documents.

4 - vet bill estimate
5 - Photo(s)/video(s) of Bulldog rescue is applying for funding for
6 - Story of the Bulldog rescue is applying for funding for - where did the dog come from, what is wrong with the bulldog, what is needed to help the bulldog, etc.
*each rescue can apply only once in a 12 month period*
**we will not donate to requests that have paid board members or salaries exceed 5-10% of rescue's revenue**
